非搅拌高压反应釜结构及组成特点

非搅拌高压反应釜主要应用于化工和材料研究中不需要搅拌的实验,可以配备压力表、进气阀、放气阀、探底管、热电偶及过程进样口等。
 
非搅拌高压反应釜结构及组成特点:
 
1、灵活的选配及定制
所有反应釜均可接受客户的个性化定制。高压反应釜定制范围:实验室反应釜微型反应釜小型反应釜等。
 
2、新型的紧固结构
以往的法兰紧固结构高压反应釜每次试验开始准备期间,都要将反应釜所有的螺栓完全拧下,添加好反应物料后需再次挨个重新拧上并紧固。单棵螺丝的开釜和密封过程需要转动十几圈,每台反应釜均有多个螺栓,试验过程中费时费力。
 
新型高压反应釜采用快速开启紧固结构。与传统机构相比,每次试验需要打开釜时,只需将螺丝拧松1圈左右即可轻松将抱环从侧边取下,快速打开反应釜。上紧过程也同样简单省力。且每个抱环螺栓压力作用于下部的垫环上,垫环再压紧釜头,使螺栓的力量能够均匀分配给釜头。而传统法兰结构为保证均匀受力对紧固力量及对角线紧固顺序有严格的要求,对操作人员的操作技能要求比较高,稍不注意就会导致反应釜泄漏而重新紧固密封。
 
3、小空间双线密封结构
聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)作为优良的耐腐蚀材料广泛应用于仪器密封环节,但其本身在250度时即会产生冷流变形。
 
为克服这一矛盾,新型高压反应釜采用精密加工小空间双线密封技术,将釜头和釜体密封间隙控制在非常小的范围内,PTFE在高温下变形,但接合间隙过小PTFE无法变形冷流到密封槽外部,只能在槽内部变形膨胀,从而使反应釜的密封性进一步增强,并且在釜头和釜体密封面加工有V型密封沟,增大密封面积。最终实现该密封面在规定使用温度下,温度越高密封性能越好。
 
4、无死空间探底管
实验室级别反应样品量一般都比较小,并且某些样品价格昂贵。所以实验设备对实验结果的准确性及经费的影响比较明显。比如添加液体物料时的挂壁情况就是一个比较突出的问题。新型非搅拌反应釜采用探底管直通入釜,中间没有任何转接头导致的死空间。如果将进气口变为球阀,可以在反应中途通过注射器直接插入釜内注入物料。适合添加微量反应物。
 
5、严格的选材

1, flexible selection and customization:
all reaction kettle can be customized by customers. High pressure reactor customization range: laboratory reactor, micro reactor, small reaction kettle, and so on.
 
2, The new fastening structure
Start fastening flange autoclave structure of each test before the preparation period, to the reaction kettle all completely unscrew the bolts, add a good reaction material again and tighten the screw on the back one by one. The opening and sealing process of a single screw needs to be rotated more than ten cycles. There are many bolts in each reactor. The test process is time-consuming and laborious.
 
The new type autoclave adopts fast opening fastening structure. Compared with the traditional institutions, when each test needs to open the kettle, it can simply pull the screw loose 1 circles or so, so that it can easily take the loop from the side and quickly open the reactor. The tightening process is equally simple and labor-saving. And each ring bolt pressure on the bottom of the cushion ring, the cushion ring press the kettle head, so that the strength of the bolt can be evenly distributed to the cauldron head. In order to ensure uniform force, the traditional flange structure has strict requirements for tightening force and diagonal tightening order, and requires higher operation skills for operators. If a little attention is not paid, it will cause the reaction kettle to leak and retighten the seal.
 
3, small space double line seal structure:
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), as an excellent corrosion resistant material, is widely used in the sealing link of the instrument, but it will produce cold flow deformation at 250 degrees.
 
In order to overcome this contradiction, a new high pressure reactor with precision machining of small space double sealing technology, the kettle head and the kettle body sealing gap is controlled in a very small range, the deformation of PTFE at high temperature, but the gap is too small to engage PTFE cold deformation flow to the external sealing groove, only expansion deformation in the groove, thus to further enhance the sealing of the reactor, and the reactor head and body sealing surface processing V type sealing groove, increase the sealing area. The better the sealing performance is, the higher the temperature is, the higher the temperature is, the better the sealing performance is.
 
4, The non dead space exploration tube
The laboratory level reaction samples are generally small, and some of the samples are expensive. Therefore, the experimental equipment has obvious influence on the accuracy of the experimental results and the influence of the funds. For example, the hanging wall when adding liquid material is a more prominent problem. The new type of non agitator reactor is through the bottom pipe directly into the cauldron, and there is no dead space in the middle of the transfer head. If the intake is turned into a ball valve, the material can be injected directly into the kettle through a syringe in the middle of the reaction. It is suitable for adding trace amounts of reactants.
 
5, Strict selection of materials:
